Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original tags and packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item or size, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

UK & EU Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations.
